Relief Fund

  • From 07/01/2018 to 10/31/2018 at midnight, department treasurers can submit their Relief Fund report for the previous fiscal year.
  • Submission of the Relief Fund report is entirely (and only) online.
  • The supporting documentation for the Relief Fund accounts may be submitted by email to, certified mail - ATTN: Dan Berg, or fax - ATTN: Dan Berg, 919-821-9382.

  • From 12/01/2017 to 01/14/2018 at 5:00 PM, the department chief can certify the members.  Certification of the Firefighters' report is completely online; you do not need submit anything via mail or fax.
  • Once you submit your certification, you will then be able to add new members for 2018.
  • After payment, you will receive your new membership cards.
