Relief Fund


  • From 07/01/2020 to 10/31/2020 at midnight, department treasurers can submit their Relief Fund report for the previous fiscal year.
  • Submission of the Relief Fund report is entirely (and only) online.
  • The supporting documentation for the Relief Fund accounts may be submitted by email to dean@ncsfa.com, certified mail – ATTN: Dean Coward, PO Box 249, Balsam, NC 28707, or fax – ATTN: Dean Coward, (828) 246-6728

Rosters


  • From 12/03/2019 to midnight on 01/15/2020, the department chief can certify the members.  Certification of the Firefighters' report is completely online; you do not need submit anything via mail or fax.
  • Once the certification for 2019 begins, you can immediately add new members for 2020.
  • After payment, you will receive your new membership cards.
