1/13/2018 - In response to your feedback about the roster management page, we have made changes to simplify the presentation, and minimuze the details on display. Those details are still on record, and can be reviewed by clicking through to the details for any member on the roster.

Relief Fund


  • From 07/02/2018 to 10/31/2018 at midnight, department treasurers can submit their Relief Fund report for the previous fiscal year.
  • Submission of the Relief Fund report is entirely (and only) online.
  • The supporting documentation for the Relief Fund accounts may be submitted by email to dan@ncsfa.com, certified mail - ATTN: Dan Berg, or fax - ATTN: Dan Berg, 919-821-9382.

Rosters


  • From 12/01/2018 to 01/15/2019 at 12:00 AM, the department chief can certify the members.  Certification of the Firefighters' report is completely online; you do not need submit anything via mail or fax.
  • Once you submit your certification, you will then be able to add new members for 2019.
  • After payment, you will receive your new membership cards.
